Personal training plan
Pelvic-floor training, built like strength training. A personal plan, five minutes a day.
Pelvatone is a six-week pelvic-floor training plan. A short quiz sets the starting level; the plan does the rest — internal exercises, no equipment, done anywhere.
- Starting level set by the quiz, not a template
- No name asked for. Nothing to explain.
How it works
Three steps. The first takes a few minutes.
The quiz decides where the plan starts. The plan decides where it goes from there.
-
Take the quiz
A short set of questions: what you want to change first, what a normal week looks like, what you have already tried. No name, no account to create.
-
Get your plan
Your answers set the day-one difficulty and the order of the six-week progression. Load is added only once the previous week has held.
-
Five minutes a day
The exercises are internal. At a desk, in the car, in a queue — there is nothing to set up and nothing anyone else can see.
What you get
What lands in the Pelvatone Plan
Concrete things, each one written from your answers.
- Your starting level Where the progression begins for you, set by your recovery, drive and stress answers.
- The six-week progression Week by week: what changes, and the condition each week has to meet before load goes up.
- Two jobs, one muscle group Firmness and timing both involve the same muscle group, so one routine covers both.
- The bad-week protocol What to do after missed days, so a bad week does not become a stopped plan.
- Your answers, read back What the pattern in your answers points to, in plain language, without a label.
Why Pelvatone
The exercises are not the product. The progression is.
Most advice stops at "do kegels". The contraction is the same for everyone; what changes is the order, the pace, and when load is added. That is what a plan is for.
-
Day-one difficulty is set from your answers, so week one is achievable instead of discouraging.
-
Load goes up on a condition — the previous week held — not on a calendar.
-
Built for privacy: nothing to wear, nothing to keep in a drawer, and no name on file.
-
Straight talk: it is strength training, not medicine, and we do not promise what a muscle cannot deliver.
About Pelvatone
It was never willpower. It was a muscle nobody said to train.
Pelvatone started from a plain observation: the muscle group that does the holding is trainable like any other, and almost nobody has been shown how. What is on offer instead is a pill, a supplement that promises more than it delivers, or "do kegels" with no plan behind it. People who have tried all three usually end up planning around the problem instead of training the muscle.
Pelvatone is a pelvic-floor strength programme: a quiz, a personal six-week progression and five-minute daily sessions. It is not medical care, it does not diagnose anything, and it is not a replacement for a doctor. If something is worrying you, see one — the plan can run alongside whatever they advise.
Our promise
No hype. No shame. No numbers we cannot back.
The method is the product, so here is exactly what the plan will and will not do.
Never
- Lecture you, or suggest the problem is you
- Sell a quick fix — this is training, and training takes weeks
- Ask for your name, or put anything on a shared account
- Promise a result nobody can promise
Always
- Start where your answers say you are
- Add load only when the previous week held
- Say plainly what it is and what it is not
- Answer every support message with a real person
FAQ
Questions, answered
Everything people ask before they take the quiz — including the awkward ones.
What exactly do I get?
The Pelvatone Plan: your starting level, a six-week progression laid out week by week, five-minute daily sessions, the bad-week protocol, and a plain-language read of your answers. It is delivered online, in your own space, after the quiz.
How fast do I get it?
Straight away. The plan is built from your answers and opens the moment you finish.
Is this a real programme, or generic tips?
The exercises are the same for everyone — that is true of any strength work. What is built from your answers is the starting level, the order and the pace. Two people with different answers get plans that begin in different places and move at different speeds.
Isn't this just kegels?
The contraction is the starting point, not the product. Nobody stops doing kegels because the exercise is hard; they stop because there is no progression and no plan for the weeks it takes. Pelvatone is the progression. And because the exercises are internal, there is no equipment and nothing anyone else can notice.
Is Pelvatone medical advice or treatment?
No. Pelvatone is a training and lifestyle programme. It does not diagnose, and it is not a substitute for a doctor. If you have pain, a sudden change, or anything that worries you, see a healthcare professional — the plan can sit alongside whatever they advise.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. The quiz does not ask for your name. Your answers and your plan are stored securely, handled under GDPR, and never sold. Because the questions are personal, our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is collected, why, and how to have it deleted.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. You are never locked in — you can manage or stop your plan at any time by asking our support team. The full details are in our Terms and Conditions of Use.
What if it is not for me?
Contact support and we will help. Refund eligibility is set out in our Money-Back Policy.
